Ingredients

1 egg yolk
1 t apple cider vinegar
1 cups olive oil
1/2 teaspoon dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon sea salt

In a pint mason jar, blend eggs, mustard, vinegar, and salt with an immersion blender. Slowly, drizzle oil into mixture, while continuing to blend. Lid and store in fridge for up to 2 months.
